The Transition Process

If you are migrating from the old Rolodex system or a spreadsheet based system, we suggest printing all of the records out of the system and then inputting the data one letter at a time. This will help you clean the database, remove old dormant customers and ensure that data is entered in the correct format and fields in the RMS.
